Ordering Information

Ordering and Payment:

Most orders can be placed with the Paypal shopping cart function, and payment can be made either with a Paypal account or with a credit/debit card. Upon request, I can also accept personal checks and USPS money orders; please contact me if you prefer to use one of these payment methods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping weight of your order. Orders sent to California addresses are subject to 9% sales tax.

Returns:

If for any reason there is a problem with an order, I am happy to offer refunds, replacements, exchanges etc., whatever is appropriate to your situation. Please contact me with your questions and I will do my best to correct any problem you may have.

International Shipping:

For international orders, I prefer to ship via USPS Express Mail. I am willing to use less expensive options, but I do not offer refunds on international orders not shipped Express Mail. International customers are responsible to pay any customs, fees, duties, or taxes associated with their order.
